Mi propósito es acompañar a las mujeres a recuperar su equilibrio, su dignidad y su poder personal, integrando la sanación emocional, energética y física. Crear espacios seguros donde puedan sentirse sostenidas, escuchadas y respetadas, para que vuelvan a confiar en sí mismas y en su capacidad de transformar su vida.

Me motivó la profunda necesidad de sostener a mujeres que han atravesado situaciones de violencia, maltrato o desequilibrios emocionales, y la certeza de que la sanación real ocurre cuando se trabaja el cuerpo, la mente, las emociones y la energía de manera conjunta.

Aporto una mirada amorosa, profunda y práctica, que une nutrición consciente, buenos hábitos, ejercicio y limpieza energética. Un acompañamiento sensible y real, enfocado en la recuperación del amor propio, la estabilidad interior y el empoderamiento femenino.

About my sessions

Individual 90-minute sessions via Zoom or Google Meet. In this space, the person can freely express the reasons for requesting accompaniment, and from there a conscious, respectful and progressive process begins, adapted to their emotional, energetic and personal needs.

Facilitate a space of healing and containment where people can release accumulated energetic, emotional and mental burdens from difficult relationship experiences, favoring the recovery of their internal balance, their self-esteem and their sense of security.

Through energy cleansings and conscious accompaniment, the therapeutic goal is to help them reconnect with their personal power, restore their energy field, strengthen their autonomy and accompany them in a process of internal reconstruction based on calm, respect and self-love.

Energy cleansings with Hebrew pendulum

Harmonization of the energy field, release of blockages, memories and burdens that affect physical and emotional balance. In the case of energy cleansings, a full-body photograph (frontal), full name and date of birth are requested in advance. At the time of receiving the healing, the person must be in a quiet space, completely alone and without interacting with the phone, to be able to enter a state of presence, concentration and connection with herself that favors the process. Necessary material: candle or incense, relaxing music or guided meditation, be calm. Duration: 60-90min. Price: 77€

Accompaniment in situations of vulnerability

Emotional and energetic support to heal deep wounds, recover self-esteem and rebuild internal security. In this space, the person can freely express the reasons for requesting accompaniment, and from there a conscious, respectful and progressive process begins. Necessary material: good internet connection and battery in the computer, tablet or mobile phone. Duration: 90min.

My accompaniment is born from deep and respectful listening. I do not work from correction or urgency, but from conscious presence.
