Soy masajista, naturopata y facialista con una mirada integral del cuerpo y las emociones. Acompaño procesos de bienestar a través del contacto consciente, el cuidado natural y la escucha profunda. Mi formación incluye drenaje linfático, reflexología Dien Chan (reflexología facial vietnamita) y distintas técnicas de masaje orientadas a liberar tensiones, mejorar la circulación y favorecer los procesos naturales de autorregulación del organismo.

Entiendo el cuerpo como un territorio vivo donde lo físico, lo emocional y lo energético están íntimamente relacionados. Por eso, mi trabajo se apoya también en el acompañamiento emocional, creando espacios seguros y respetuosos donde cada persona pueda reconectar con su propio ritmo, aliviar cargas y recuperar equilibrio.
