About María

Soy facilitadora de procesos de conciencia aplicada y acompañamiento terapéutico integral. Acompaño a personas que desean reconectar con su equilibrio interior a través de herramientas como el Chi Kung, la hipnosis terapéutica, la biodescodificación, el masaje energético, la lectura energética y la comunicación animal. El sonido también tiene un papel importante en mis sesiones.

Mi trabajo se basa en el uso del simbolismo, la escucha profunda del cuerpo y la conciencia emocional como vías de transformación. No concibo la sanación como algo externo, sino como un proceso de reconexión con los propios recursos internos.

Desde 2012 he recorrido un camino de formación y experiencia que se intensificó especialmente a partir del año 2020, acompañando tanto procesos individuales como grupales mediante sesiones, meditaciones guiadas, acompañamiento sonoro en retiros y clases grupales.

Sostengo los espacios desde la presencia, el respeto y la coherencia, creando un entorno seguro donde cada persona puede explorarse a su propio ritmo y recuperar su centro.

Chi Kung (Qi Gong)

Slow and gentle movements to harmonize body and mind, based on breathing and moving the energetic body not just physical. Deep accompaniment session to work on emotional blockages, unconscious patterns and personal transformation processes. We work on physical, mental and emotional pain. Therapeutic objective: Reorganize information to be favorable to us, resolve unwanted behaviors and patterns.
